How to get access to SmsPDU()

I whant get access to SmsPDU().SetTelematicDeviceType
I found this example http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph..._Edition_-_MTM
But iSmsMtm->iSmsHeader->iMessage->SmsPDU().SetTelematicDeviceType ofcourse not work.
Because iSmsHeader and iMessage is private.
How i can get access to SetTelematicDeviceType ?

CSmsClientMtm::SmsHeader? CSmsHeader::Message? CSmsMessage::SmsPDU?
This is a coding convention in Symbian C++, C-classes have private/protected member variables with inline getters.
