Get "Feature not supported ( -5)" when opening app in some devices

I port one project from 3rd MR to S60 5th.
When building with 3rd MR, it can run on emulator and all devices.
But when building with 5th, it only can run on emulator; but fails to start on E71 and E79 (not 5th devices). Get "Feature not supported ( -5)" when starting.

After building another example using 5th SDK, it can run on N97, N79 and E71.

Could some experts gives me some tips?

Could this be some issues with SVG icon? Or something with PKG file.
I try to use a Dev certificate with all capabilities; but still get same error.

There is no such thing as "forward" capability, so older devices do not have to be able to execute code built with newer SDK-s. Such kind of code may work, but that is all.

After building another example using 5th SDK, it can run on N97, N79 and E71.

As pointed out by wizard, this application is not using any S60 5th Edition feature while the other one apparently does and that feature is not supported by the old devices.
