I would very much appreciate if somebody of professionals could comment my question: is there such tool that has the following functionality:

1. Test codec quality automatically - if I have my own or downloaded codec as DLL or library I would like to be able to load it to the systme and let the system give me audio quality automatically (MOS and % of similarity between the original audio and codec output)

2. Compare two audio files (batch processing and manually) to find similarity/difference between two audio files.

3. Compare two codecs automatically quality wise (to answer the question: which codec gives best output quality both in MOS and %)

4. Allows generating speech model (HSP)

I would very much appreciate any links or references to available software. Thanks a lot in advance!
