Zip the files, change the extension to .wgz. Copy it to \Symbian\9.3\S60_3rd_FP2_Beta\epoc32\winscw\c\Data\Others. Run emulator, open file manager. Open the Phone memory and navigate to the Other folder. open the wgz file and install the widget!!!!

Everything is well documented. Check this for details

Alternatively, you can zip the files and rename it to .wgz. Then run the emulator and use "File"->"Open" menu of emulator to open the .wgz file.

This is simply not possible for the Nokia epoc32 emulator. WGZ files are not supported by the emulator, neither is the N95

    Welcome to the Forum!!

Well, you might want to read more on the WGZ in the wiki and the link that follows in there.

Regarding the N95 supporting Widgets, I suspect that your firmware might be old one which didnt support widgets. Upgrade your firmware and it should be fine. SDK that you are using to open the file in emulator might also be the one which doesnt support the Widgets. I would suggest you to read more on the widgets in the Wiki and the forum.
