How to extract MMS settings from configuration message

Hi,

Is there any ay to extract MMS settings from configuration message sent by the network provider and save it to the phone.

Or is it possible to create new access point for MMS with

1. Connection Name
2. Data Bearer
3. Access point name
4. User name
5. Password
6. Homepage

Target devices:S60 2nd edition
IDE: Carbide C++
