    hey frnds ,, i ve jst started my practice on symbion+carbide c++...

    i want to know if there is any Api to play audio file.

    and

    what type of files i got to use for that api...

    Yes, there is. Search for CMdaAudioPlayerUtility in the SDK Help and the Wiki - though the main site may also contain examples: Docs above, Documentation, Symbian C++, Multimedia (of course you can benefit from the other sections as well).
