Location Area name

hi..is there any function in CTelephony API which gives location name of the cell in which it is currently present.?

there is no function in CTelephony class that does it. Even none in Public SDK.

so wat is the way out to do it, the one given in newlc is ok or else?..

it might work in pre-3rd ed devices, anyway, why wouldn't you just try it out, or search posts related to the issue and see what people have been discussing earlier.
