CS Help failure on device

Hello,

I have successfully compiled and run the HelpExample application on the 2nd edition FP3 emulator, but it fails to work correctly on my device (Nokia 6680).

When opening any help topic from within the HelpExample application, the help screen launcher briefly appears, then returns back to the previous screen without displaying any of the form text (such as "This is a form implementing context-sensitive help. Special help is available...").

If I go into the help topic list, the help example topic titles are displayed (Helpful Form, Edwin1, etc.), but when I try to open any of them, this time nothing happens at all. The same thing happens with my own applications too. Any ideas?

Since the phone you use for testing is not an S60 2nd Edition FP3 phone there you have the first suspect: forward compatibility is not guaranteed on S60.

Does your help content work on a S60 2nd Edition FP3 device (N70, N72, N90)? How about if you compile the example with the S60 2nd Edition FP2 SDK, does it work on your device then?
