Getting Kern:Exec 3 at startup

Whenever I try to run my Symbian S60 SDK3 FP1 SDK emulator I am getting a panic . When I enabled JIT Debugging
a dialog box pops up saying
"An error has occured
Program NcnList.exe::ncnlist
Error Exception : 268435456
Do you wish to debug the error ?
"
What is it and how to tackle this ?
