Removing Failed & File corrupted ( Pls Help Me)

Hi allz..
I am new user of this site..
I have a problem and i hope my problem will solve from heres.
My problem is that... before 5/6 days i was installed SECMAN ( BiNPDA Security Manager ) software on my mobile NOKIA N73 for installing unregisterted files.
When i installed SECMAN.exe ( BiNPDA Security Manager ) on my mobile (NOKIA N73) and i put my mobile on SECURITY OFF and also click on INSTALL ROOT CERT.
Then i was try to install unregistered files but the unregistered files were not installed on my mobile.
Then i click on restore my mobile settings like secuirty and i was remove that software.
And also i was restared my mobile
After that i try to install any software, theme or games on my mobile. when i click on open file that appears a error like.... FILE CORRUPTED
And when i try to click on remove any software from my mobile that appears a error like... REMOVING FAILED
When i go on my mobile,s TOOLS -> App mgr. and do right click and saw view log on that log my mobile show that SECMAN.EXE is INSTALLED ( BiNPDA Security Manager )is installed.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me how i can solve this problem...
I have not install x-plore on my mobile phone
Please any one tell me what is the manual process for uninstall BiNPDA Security Manager.
Or any solution for this problem?

Not able to unistall (C:\NokiaQtSDK\Symbian\sis\qtmobility_1.0.2_for_n8) .Removing failed(3) error shown. how can i uninstall ?
