SIM functionality access ( SRES/Kc) for EAP-SIM

Is there any standard method to call A3 algorithm from SIM, ie feed RAND and get SRES and Kc.
The values are for EAP-SIM callenge response message for the IPSec Auth message, during EAP-SIM Challenge request message by the SGW.
It is for a application on S60 SDK toolkit
