Problems installing maps on nokia maps.

I have a n95 8 gb that comes with nokia maps on it, i'm trying to install the map of Brazil using the nokia map loader, the program says tha it have been installed, but when i try to see using the nokia maps application, the map of brazil is not there, does anyone know what is this?
