Receive "????" when after sending Chinese chareacter email.

case1:
Send a email containing Chinese characters via epoc messaging UI to a webmail server. It's properly displayed in the webpage. But When receiving it via epco messaging UI, all Chinese characters become "????".

case2:
Send a email containing Chinese characters via webpage to a webmail server. It's properly displayed in both the webpage and epco messaging UI.

I think I have missed someting in either sending or receiving message using the MTM component. Can someone give me some clue?

Thanks for the replying. I got some further information

For case 1 and case 2, It seems the message charsets is 0 when epoc sending the mail.
BUT on receiving the email,
case 1 (result is "????"), the character set is 268450576.
case 2 (result is ok), the character set is 268458029.

This makes me doubt the problem is caused by missing something, such as the character setting, when composing the email in epoc.
