    According to the publish.ovi.com FAQ:

The publish to Ovi tool accepts a variety of applications for both S60 and Series 40 devices, including: Java, Flash applications (packaged as .sis or .nfl,) widgets, ringtones, and more.
It just makes me wonder whether Ovi Store supports native Symbian S60 applications. If it does, isn't it odd not to mention it anywhere? Though maybe I've just missed that bit somewhere.

    So, how is it?

it it says ".sis" that would indicate support for native symbian applications, at least I would assume so.

It's probably just a badly formatted sentence, as symbianyucca points out: .SIS is mentioned, so just allowing Flash programs packaged as .SIS is not very likely.

So you mean we can not publish the S60 applications (other than flash) on ovi?

No, I mean the opposite - that having Ovi Store just publishing Flash-apps, and not native Symbian/S60-apps is very unlikely -- i.e. that it will be allowed.

Yes, native Symbian applications will be supported by Ovi Store. We will update the FAQ to add this information.
