Use MMS cell phone as a watch dog

Hi,I want my MMS cell phone be used as a watch dog device,it can be controlled by computer .Is there any possibility? Thanks!

Dear developer,

You can build application to Symbian environment (Series 60 platform), which can take picture based on time stamps or for example motion. There are some kind of solutions already existing, so it can be done :-)
