Launching sis apps on the emulator

Hi,

I'm trying to launch an application on the emulator but all i get is the error message "system error!".

To intall an sis file I place it in the "..Symbian\6.1\Series60\Epoc32\Wins\c\nokia\installs\" folder and then enter in the phone menu, configurations/apps ctrl where i find the file.
what am i doing wrong?

Hi,

If the application in the sis package is built for device, it won't work on the emulator and can result "system error".
