DRM and Phone

Hi
I'm new in content distribution and drm. I'm trying to get started, I have downloaded nokia content publishing toolkit and tried to encode an image.
my question are:
- which nokia handsets support such a standard?
- How can i send the encoded images (.dm) to a 7650 (if it supports,and if yes, which econding 8 bit is ok?). encapsualting it in a mms? by infrared (it didn't worked)?
