One signed application to act on different configs ?

No it doesn't work on 6600 even after full form...
and still works with N70

Let's experiment one more time. Can you try with putting your FR,RI exe as the last entry in your .pkg file?

grt, i ll try and get back on this, and I won't be surprised if it works, as I am now used to this over so many years in Symbian but will definitely be happy if the solution works...

No it didn't work, i also used a later sdk, 6.1 and it didn't work on that too.

The options i tried with File at the end with:

FILERUN,RUNINSTALL,RUNWAITEND

FILERUN,RUNINSTALL

FR,RI,RW

FR,RI

and none of them worked !!!

and all of them work on N70, but not on 6600 and 3230

what I have noticed is that on 3230 and 6600, run on install doesn't even work for exes !
