Any special payment/billing system required to implement?

Dear Ovi team,

I have a question if any ready and SSigned application can be uploaded to Ovi store, or do you require the developer to implement some Payment/Billing SDK into the app first and to get it signed with this billing system inside? Where can a developer find this SDK?

If you do not require any special billing, then how are you going to get the payment from users for commercial apps for example?

User pays first and, once payment is received/confirmed, gets access to the content, for example.
