Is it possible to use OVI payment system inside the application itself?

Hello mobile monetizing experts,

Will it be possible to use OVI payment through API inside the application? This would enable in-application content selling (music, game levels, videos) and subscription based models which are nowadays often handled by sending premium priced SMS messages on background.

Is there an answer for this question yet? My company is submitting a game that currently uses a 3rd party billing solution for in-game transactions. But we have to remove this payment system since the Ovi docs say that use of a 3rd party billing solution will not be allowed.

So is there an Ovi alternative? We would really like to keep our micro-transactions since they enhance the game greatly.

As far as I know, at least currently, no external to Ovi Store application/game -specific payment/billing solutions are accepted, and there are no Ovi Store -specific micropayment or other payment/billing APIs to be used from applications/games distributed through Ovi Store either.

Nokia has not yet published any new Ovi Store versions that'd add this type of functionality/support to the system.
