Ovi store dosen't work, HELP!!!!!

When i open the ovi store on my phone it freezes and stops at the welcome screen. I tried to reinstal the ovi store app but the problem is stil the same, it stop at the welcome screen. Please help.

your question does not belong on a forum titled "Ovi app wizard" or to a site for software developers. Support for Ovi services and client applications can be found by logging in to the specific Ovi Service (like http://store.ovi.com ) and then clicking on the Help link (top right corner of the browser window).
