    how can nokia verify my copyright that I solely own the content I submitted and I can make money from it?

    you put the copyright on it Nokia doesn't. There is lots of web sites that explain copyrights how to do it and how to protect it. One old trick was to take the first and last page of code and mail it to yourself so it was postmarked, then if anyone protested or required proof it was yours you had it.
