Hi, does anyone know why the virtual keyboard is disabled on the (RELEASE) emulator, but enabled on the (DEBUG) emulator? Thanks a lot.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: (Virtual Keyboard Issue)

Please consider the following 2 scenarios.

    [Scenario A] From \urel\epoc.exe
    - Unable to launch the virtual keyboard by clicking on the editor.

    [Scenario B] From \udeb\epoc.exe
    - The virtual keyboard launched by clicking on the editor.

I was not able to launch the virtual keyboard from the Emulator in the "\RELEASE\winscw\urel\" folder (\epoc32\RELEASE\winscw\urel\epoc.exe). (Please refer to [Scenario A].)

However, I was able to launch the virtual keyboard from the Emulator in the "\RELEASE\winscw\udeb\" folder (\epoc32\RELEASE\winscw\udeb\epoc.exe). (Please refer to [Scenario B].)

Q1) What would make this difference?
Q2) How and what do we need to configure so that the virtual keyboard is available in Scenario A?
Q3) For the target load, the virtual keyboard is also not available. How and what again do we need to configure so that the virtual keyboard is available?

    Thanks a lot.
