Run Express signed application problem

have two aplication in my SIS file:
First application is SMS service without UI. In mmp
file it hase following IDS
UID 0x100039CE 0x2002350C

The service starts automatcally after it have
installed and works good.

Second application has GUI. When I run it crashes on this code

EikStart::RunApplication(NewApplication);

In mmp file it hase following IDS
UID 0x100039CE 0x2002350D

That is the problem?

I dont see panic code. I see this situation by my log file what my app writes. :/

But when I signed my application for Developer Cert it works fine. It doesnt work when i signed for Express Sign.

Check the link, ans if nothing else works, then try out my Y-Tasks::Crash monitor, it will always give exit reason fro all processes that end.
