error when click on carbide to open ( its panic)

i develope application using borland and vs.net2005
when i attempting to use carbide IDE
error message appear that have some instruction and close button on the top and ok in the buttom
the 1st instruction is
JVM terminated.Exit code=-1

Probably your PC has less memory than the minimum requirement as per Carbide.c++'s current configuration. Why don't you do a search for "JVM terminated.Exit code=-1", see what you find ...?

3g ram and free is large than 2.5g
processor is cor2duo
and c: has free space larger 11g

i chang in carbidec++.ini
and change:
-Xmx1024m to 512 or lessthan 1024 although
my pc has 3g of ram and processor is cor2duo 2g speed and 2m cash

lets solve it the brutal way:

0) Uninstall SDK
1) Uninstall carbide
2) Uninstall JVM
3) Uninstall activePerl
4) reboot
3,2,1,0 reinstall, reboot box every time
