Ringing tone problem

I have a Nokia N73 Music Edition and bought it in September. My problem is that, I put my phone on silent, its all good. But when I change it back to General and somebody calls me or sends me a text message, it doesn't ring. It just vibrates.

you can check the setting on profile. did you silent ring
