Publishing Content

Hi,

We have an application that we give away for free and we sell content for that application. We currently sell that content from our website. Will there be a way in Ovi to sell content for applications or can we just sell applications?

I hope that the Head of Ovi Publish can give you a final answer but my understanding is that at least on a first phase the only supported content is that already supported by the phone, i.e. themes and multimedia.

Custom content would require some aditional work at the user must be notified that an aditional download is needed in order to play the purchased content.

I believe that Ovi Store will only allow developers to sell applications or content- not content for applications. Meaning a developer can sell apps (SIS for example) or content (themes for example) but not content from apps.
