How can the seller receive the money through the site

You need to sign up as a publisher at https://publish.ovi.com. Once you are a publisher, you can upload your JAD and JAR through the Ovi publishing tool (on the website).

As part of the sign up process, Nokia will take your bank account details. They will pay money into your account (monthly, I think). Check the "terms and conditions" on the Ovi Publish site.

There are conditions, and it is not exactly clear to me what they are.

In order to register as a publisher, you will need to demonstrate that you either are a company, or that you are registered in some way as "self-employed". Essentially, you must be registered with your government to pay tax on the money Nokia pay you, in whatever way your local law requires. This registration must involve you receiving some kind of "tax ID" from your government.

You will also need a website, and an email address in the same domain as your website. You cannot sign up using a hotmail.com address, for example.

The JAR you submit must be signed, either through the Java Verified program, or using a certficate from Thawte or Verisign.

Nokia will test your game, but have not published their testing criteria. However, I don't think you are required to pass anything stricter than the JV requirements. You can see the JV criteria at http://javaverified.com. Note that you do not have to get your game JV certified. But you should at least test it yourself (or better, get someone else to test it) to the JV criteria.

Nokia also have content restrictions. These are listed on the Ovi Publish site. Essentially, if your game involves pornography, drug abuse, gambling, excessive violence, racism, or anything else likely to cause offence, it will be rejected. If you wouldn't show it to your mother, don't show it to Nokia.

according to T & C ONLY when you have accumulated more than 500 EUR and then at 3 months intervals. If you earn MORE than 500 EUR the pay monthly.

Thats after all charges discounts costs etc....
and you pay currency conversion charges
Discussed somewhere in the opinion on costs somewhere.
