    Hello folks,
I have updated to the latest (beta) version of Mozilla FireFox - and found myself locked out of Forum Nokia. Whenever I connect to the site, I get a redirection loop error (see it here: http://tamss60.tamoggemon.com/2009/0...kia-be-warned/).

    Surprisingly, Internet Explorer works flawlessly.

Can anyone of you confirm this for me?

I've been getting this too but I've been told that the server side is OK so the problem must be within Nokia's network. Now that we know that the problem is reproducible from outside too we will have another look at it.

Clearing the cookies might help (it did for me) but it will not solve the problem completely.

I've seen this one too when trying to access the dibo directly with an expired login cookie. What solved it for me to first go to FN frontpage, use the Login link there and only then go to the dibo.

oh tamhanna! Didn't know you had got here already. Guess i don't need to report the post anymore.
I've saw this one also when trying to access FN with an expired login cookie. Also, some with some sites like GMail. -Had that problem last week. Haven't tried IE7 yet.
I cleared my cookies (always do whenever exciting FireFox anyways) as Itomuta mentioned, but still the same problem.

    Hi Folks,
    here once again with IE.

I didnt have the eekers with the old fireFox or with IE...which is why I think we are looking at a FireFox issue here.

If we all raise a huge stink on our blogs, I am pretty sure that the Mozilla heads will fix it...

Saw it with FF 3.0.6 myself for the last few days. It cleared after I went first to the main http://forum.nokia.com/ page, logged in there, and then went through the links to the discussion boards. Now posting this with FF.

There was a problem with the Single Sign on last week. It was fixed but I think that it has created a problem with the cookies. If deleting cookies does not restore your log in please contact me directly.

I know this might sound silly, but how did you get that screenshot or what screenshot software did you use ?

Just tried that - worked well while I was logged-in to FN, but after logging-out and clicking again a link to a specific thread, got stuck in the loop again
I really wouldn't like to delete all my cookies. Hoping for a fix from Mozilla then?... (I'm using FireFox 3.0.7)

You could locate and delete the forum.nokia.com set cookies then. BTW, I've just got the same error with Safari 4b and IE7 is not imun either so it seems a browser update is not the solution to wait for.

    Hello Folks,
sorry for having been away so far.

I just found out about this by updating to FireFox Beta 2 - but this definitely is not a FireFox beta issue. I have tried it out with various firefoxes on workstations where it used to work flawlessly, and it no longer did.

As for the screenshot: I just pressed PrintScreen and then pasted the contents of the clipboard into Microsoft paint, then did some cropping!

    Lucian,
I have tried this on all my workstations, and IE ALWAYS worked on machines where FireFox did not!

I have also regularly had this incredibly frustrating problem but after using IE7 and discovering this thread, I went back to FN home page, logged in again and all good!
