SOAP + HTTP + File Upload??

Hi,

I need to upload the file using HTTP and SOAP framework. I have gone through wiki and could only get the way to upload the file using HTTP POST method. But i need to achieve the same using SOAP framework.

Any help or pointer to same would be appreciated.

I am not able to get any clue for file upload. What the situation is that i have to upload the xml file.
