Bug in Firmware of Nokia 5000 and Nokia 6600 concerning SMS-textstrings

In our online-banking application our clients authorize their transactions via mobile transaction numbers (mobile TANs) using the short messaging service (SMS) from our service provider. Our clients use different mobile network operators and various handsets in Austria.
Until now this service worked successfully.
Recently some of our clients who use either Nokia 5000 or Nokia 6600 handsets complained that their mobile TAN-SMS are shown fragmentary.
To solve the problem we tried different routings of the SMS, checked all logs and different mobile network operators. It turned out that this problem will only exist for Nokia 5000 and 6600 if certain textstrings are shown in the SMS (see below).

Only in one particular case the SMS-text is shown correctly, whenever the feature "forward SMS" on this handset is chosen.
I would appreciate if you could fix this problem as soon as possible.

Looks like a software bug on those phones so the only thing that can be done about it is to test it on the most recent firmware available and if not already fixed then report a platform bug at http://www.forum.nokia.com/I_Want_To...nical_Support/
