PC Suite bluetooth problems

I want to know, why can't i connect my N6230 with the PC using bluetooth? I'm using bluesoleil and there is no problem while using the problem that goes with it, but the PC Suite does not recognize the device. I tried the PC Connectivity solution (use the repair option) but again no luck! Can someone explain what is going on.
