NFC Payment Processing Best Practices

Hello Everyone,

I would like to learn if anybody has an experience on NFC payment processing applications/scenarios' best practices.

I wonder whether credit card information is shared with third party applications (and if so in what form) or processing is handled directly between the cell phone and bank (and if so how).

Can anybody direct me on the issue?
