Video Streaming emulator

Hello, i'm a newbie and i want know if there is a project for the emulator that allows video streaming from the smartphone S60 3rd to a pc or a lan. I would start from the VideoRecording project example (that i've downloaded from nokia site and stored in multimedia.zip file).
My questions are:
1) Can i simulate camera feature on emulator?
2) What protocols have been involved?
2) Anyone can send me a example like this?
