How to autostart console application in Symabian?

hi all,

How to auto start console application in Symabian? i am taking reference of following link.

I successfully build the console application after using the procedure mentioned on above link.But my application is not starting automatically after boot.Is there any different procedure to be followed for console application??

Then there might be some problem in your implementation. Personally, I believe that only console(non-gui) applications should be autostarted. Anyways I hope you have signed your application with developer certificate, because Startup List Management API won't work with self-signed certified applications.

Have you tried with creating some logs in your application? Whether it goes in or not? Or crash somewhere after execution?

thanks for the reply.Actually i had used Startup List Management API already with GUI application with self singing.That application is working perfectly fine.After rebooting application is auto started.And i have used exactly same procedure for console application.But it is not working.

Noo, The procedure to launch exe on bootup is same as to launch app on bootup.
