Nokia SIM CSD problem

I have problem with Nokia e61 and CSD. CSD doesn't work with new sim cards from one operator (Telenor Serbia) but works correctly with older ones. On the other side new sim cards works are working correctly with some older Nokia models. What can be the problem?
