1) which mbm/mif contain "callStatus" icons.(such as "Answer", "Reject", "Active Loudspeaker", "End Call" )

2) doc for index list of them.

Those are propably meant for internal use, thus I would suppose there is no document explaining them available. Also it could be indeed that they are stored in some private fodlers, which are not accessible by normal applications.
