home screen widgets are only for s60v5 models like N97, or will it be avaliable for future s60v3 phones? v3 fp3 maybe?
really looking forward to this feature, any response will be appreciated.

Most probably not. There is no "v3 fp3"; the last S60 3rd Ed. version is FP2 and it has no support for home screen widgets.
no v3 fp3? does it mean that future none-touch phones will be using s60 v5?
so , home screen widget for none-touch phones anyway?
many thanks.
The Homescreen Widget is not a feature of the S60 5th Edition platform release, it is a phone specific feature. You will have to wait and see whether other phones will have this feature and if the next platform release will adopt this feature as well.

so, any roadmap we can see?
and ,this home screen widget aside, how will S60 non-touch phones evolve? s60 3rd fp3 or s60 v5?
No, no public roadmaps available. What is exactly your question all about? Especially with WRT Widgets rewriting the UI of a widget so that it is touch or non-touch optimized shouldn't really be a problem and you should alrealy be writing them so that they work on 3.x and 5.0 devices.

just curious, the more a developer knows about the platform, the better decision he/she can make, right?
so , my guess is , v5 will be ported to non touch phones.
The focus on S60 5th Edition is on touch and the currently announced devices are either touch only (Nokia 5800) or dual mode (Nokia N97). One can only speculate if a non-touch device based on S60 5th Edition will be released by Nokia or any other S60 licensee but as said before I don't think you have a reason to worry about it.
