Is there any documentation that clarifies the process for refunds and returns as it looks like Nokia control that.
Point 1:
What will stop people paying for a game, using it for a month then claiming a refund/saying the SMS billing was not done by them etc?
Point 2:
Who decides at what point a refund should be issued? Since it appears Nokia can do this arbitrarily, sales could take a huge hit since
I am a bit confused about this statement "If you have problems and dont sort them out Nokia will invoke the clause to deduct a further 40% for refunds " in http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph...ual_developers
Since the operator has already deducted the refunds from the gross sale price, why does it appear an additional 40% will be deducted?
