Access to navigation application

Hi guys! I have a question in which maybe anybody can help me.

I am designing an application for 'delivery boys',and i would like to show in a map the position of the user and the destination point.

I (almost) know how to do this on my own (taking an image,calibrating it and so on). However, i think it would fancy more
if it could connect to the Navigation application of Nokia (I am using s60 3rd edition FP2),and being able to send it the Gps points
to be showed (And possibly order it to calculate a route...).

Is there any way (API or something similar) to be able to connect to this application??

You will eventually be able to do this when JSR293 is implemented and a Map Service Provider is installed on the phone. i.e. even if you can find a phone on which JSR293 has been implemented, you will not (yet) be able to find a Map Service Provider to use with the API with which to display a map, because none have yet been implemented, at least none that are freely available to all developers.

If you need an easy route to displaying maps in the short term then you will be interested in either the deCarta or MapTP products.
