RMS corruption

Hi folks,

In my app i am storing server resp in RMS and from that i displaying List....

but sometimes even if server comm not done RMS data get cleared....

what is the reason for this?? and how that can be avoided....

I think RMS data getting corrupted...but what can be the reason for this??

Hi,
First of all write your post in a standard manner.These short form of words can confuse the reader.
Which device you are working with?
whats is the data size that you are going to save in RMS?
is the RMS gets deleted or the data gets deleted?

thanks for your reply, the size of RMS will be depends on server response....

and it varies around 5 to 10 KB max......and i am not sure about wether entire

RecodStore gets deleted or its data.....because this issue comes on device not on

emulator....i cant reproduce that issue ..............

You must be writing the data in RMS after the server response...correct....
The can you please check on the device that what is the response you are getting,
is there any exception while opening the RMS,updating the RMS and so on operation..

How you are operating with RMS,list..
You can also check the same demo on other device...

Did u handle the exceptions. Check exception by displaying alert if any and post that exception here. Can u post ur code here?
