I wanted the n81 rm-223 firmware flash files to update my phone's firmware offline.Can some one provide me the links.Thanks

Any special reason for you not to use the online flasher?
Offline flashing is not supported by NSU and if indeed you need access to offline flashing your only option is an authorised Nokia serivce centre.
