In the video introducing the ovi store to publishers, there is a 'list' of content types. What is a 'link item'?

Yes, what is that item type? Just a link to a website, or perhaps an RSS feed?

I"m hoping it is content files for which we can specify a custom mime type, but that would be too good to be true.

For example, one could produce a free 'player' that the user installs and is registered as the player for a certain mime type. When the browser (or the ovi s/w) downloads the content, it'll automatically run the content using the player.
