Unable to upload themes

Hey, does anyone know if I can upload themes to Ovi store? I tried to but all I see from the add content category menu are "applications" and "games". I did not see category of "personalization". Did I do anything wrong? Or am I blocked from uploading personalization content?

Hi,
In the webinar shows that "Premium" developer have all 9 buttons. Most developers have just the 4 commonly used.

ONLY "Premium" is companies which in past sold content and shown to understand IPR. These are usually aggregators of content who do their own advertising and will use Ovi and another outlet.

To upload Themes you have to be a Premium publisher. There is supposed to be an application form on the OVI site to apply for this special status but I haven't been able to find it.

Does anyone know how to access it?
