All of them should come with the SDK installation. By the way which SDK have you installed?

People usually install a Software Development Kit before they start developing - visit the Tools section above.
Perhaps you can benefit from reading some introductory articles like http://wiki.forum.nokia.com/index.ph..._Symbian_OS%3F

The SDK (i.e. Software Development Kit) is the collection of APIs (header files and libraries), tools and documentation that one needs in order to develop applications for a given software platform.

See yesterday's useful link in my signature and the eLearning tutorials available on this site, they will get you started on your way.

You cannot develop Symbian C++ applications without the help of the SDK. If it is not working for you tell us why and let's fix it. If you don't have time to learn it however then maybe you should find yourself something better to do with the time you have.

Python for S60 (PyS60) could be easier to learn and you can test the apps directly on the phone (no need for an SDK) but you still need some time to learn your way around it.

Have you read How do I start programming for Symbian OS? The ECMT Manager problem is mentioned there, with a link to a thread that provides the solution.
