QA Testing app on a phone they shouldn't be

Hi,

I presuming the specific phone model testing is quite a manual process. I've had several QA messages recently saying my application has failed on phone X, yet my device distribution table has it labelled as "not compatibile", as if the QA tester has made a mistake, or am I missing something ? It's take me 23 days to get this far, it sometimes feels like I'll never get it approved !
