Does this forum have a moderator who can answer stuff?

Nokia's obviously got a lot riding on the success of Ovi Store, but there doesn't seem to be anyone here to answer publishers' questions.

If Nokia are serious about making this a platform-of-choice for mobile developers and publishers, shouldn't they have a moderator on this forum dedicated to answering Ovi Store questions? It's launching next month, it isn't far away.

At the moment the whole issue of individual and smaller companies seems very unclear, as does the status of podcasts, affiliate programs etc. People have got content, they want to put it on Ovi Store, but a lack of info is preventing them doing it.

Yes there are a few Nokia and Ovi Store people here that are responsible for monitoring this forum, answering questions from developers and making sure there's communication. I'm one of the moderators for this forum and have to admit that we could be doing a better job. So from now on we will be in here more frequently and answering questions as quickly as possible.

Can you check the thread "publisher for Ovi registration notifications" because there is still people who has not get any notifications except that "Thank You for Signing Up!" email, including my self..

Well it seems that the moderators have gone quiet again...

See the unanswered-in-a-week timeframe thread for example, or the fact that the FAQ has been removed from publish.ovi.com.

I'm sure everyone here appreciates the responses we get, even when it's just to say that information isn't available yet. What's frustrating is when there's no response at all, when there's no information at all.

Why was the FAQ taken down for example?

The same questions keep coming up again and again (about individuals selling on Ovi Store, when Ovi Store is going to launch, signing requirements, valid formats, payment options etc), they could be answered once in a sticky FAQ thread.
