[moved] I have a Publisher ID but cannot request Developer Certificates

hi symbian team,
i have a Publisher ID,but i didn't download the Developer Cert and i have clicked the "Expressed sign" in "submissions",then it says no content Id in your account.

i have send the private message to symbiansigned,but his not given any response,still my account is not enabled.

pls tell me any suggestions,what i to do now.

i have need Developer Cert and Content ID...

Are you looking for signing your application or just want developer certificate for testing application???

If just want to test application then you can also use Open Signed Online potion.

For express signing you must have ContentID. You can purchase it from symbiansigned, but for that you must have account in symbian signed.

so help me what i to do ........

Ask to symbiansigned about this problem. Also u have to wait till u get answer from there.
