5800 date and time resets

Hi!

My new nokia 5800 resets the date and time each time I restart it. I tried to update the firmware,
also I tryed to reset the phone to the default settings, but nothing helps. Is this a firmware or
hard problem?

You should contact the technical support in all case.So you will know if this is problem or no... But I think your problem is very strange... I didn't listen about this...
