Debug a mobile application using simulator and eclipse

Hi All

How can we debug (using debug pointer) a mobile application using simulator and eclipse?

If any body know the process of debugging, using eclipse then please reply.

Doesn't eclipse have a Help menu ? Every software has it nowadays...
